Wide format industrial label printing

The Zebra 220Xi4 300 dpi industrial label printer was designed for applications that require very wide labels. The printer supports media widths up to 224 mm with a maximum print width of 216 mm.

Thermal transfer and direct thermal technology create durable labels and sharp barcodes. This configuration is often used for pallet labels, chemical labels and logistics identification.

Robust industrial barcode printer

The printer includes a multi-interface with USB, RS232 and parallel connectivity. An internal Ethernet print server enables easy network integration in warehouses and production environments.

ZPLII printer language ensures smooth integration with existing Zebra environments. Many existing label templates remain compatible.

Automatic cutter for wide labels

An integrated cutter with catch tray allows labels to be cut automatically after printing. This simplifies workflows for pallet labels or large shipping labels.

The Zebra 220Xi4 300 dpi industrial label printer supports print speeds up to 152 mm per second. This makes the printer suitable for demanding industrial production environments.
