What is the typical delivery time?

D-identify BV will at all times update you on the delivery via email and send you a tracking number as soon as your order is booked for pick up. 

For standard items on stock you can count on we can deliver 

1 to 3 working days for Benelux

5 to 8 working days for other European countries 
Custom items like Masterlock engraved padlocks or a Master key system for the safety padlocks is made to order and typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. 

Is using my credit card number safe on D-identify?

Probably. We don’t store any of your credit card details (that’s handled by our payment processor Stripe, the best in business) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

My order never arrived?

Check your confirmation email for the tracking number. if that doesn’t work send us a email support@d-identify.be. Tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out.

My order arrived incomplete or damaged?

Please email us your order number and the missing item SKU to support@d-identify.be ,

Our warehouse employees are trained to NOT send out any damaged goods. 

If D-identify organised the shipping by TNT we always insure your good for loss and damage, if you organised the shipment we recommend to insure the value of the shipment against loss and damage.

Questions about products

Can D-identify help me with the installation?

YES, most of our products come with an extended video installation guide in the box, so you can start using your product right away.
D-identify can schedule a team-view session to guide your IT division or the end user with the software and help you design certain labels if needed. 
We can offer onsite installation with Belgium and Netherlands (price to be agreed and depending on location and duration)
